Day 1:
You arrive at Jaskólka Estate and at the end of the day there will be a ‘briefing’ from the supervisor. He/she will give you in English an explanation what to expect and what we expect from you. After dinner you will enjoy a goodnight sleep.

Day 2:
Everyone will choose one of the offered Tinkers.
To acquaint you with your Tinker there will be a trip today from 2 till 3 hours. Back on Jaskólka there will be evaluated and any struggles discussed.

Day 3:
During breakfast at 07.00 o’clock you make your own lunch ready to take with you.
Around 08.00 o’clock make your horse ready so that the real work can begin. It’s a great day you will gain impressions of the region. Leave Jaskólka Estate and go straight and pass the Marczów church. After half an hour look back (seated than about 350 meters above sea level) and you will see the Jaskólka herd at the other side of the valley. Then go through a wooded area. You pass the village Dębowy Gaj, this picturesque village still let you see how rich this area was in the past. Continue past fields and then go back to the wood.

In this forest we visit the cliffs of “Lwóweckie Skaly”, also called the rocks of Little Switzerland of Lwoweckie. We pass the village Mojesz. After a while, no civilization around you, we approach the village Plóczki Górne. Then you will see in the woods now and then people take fruits or mushrooms. The route goes almost to the village where you will be staying the first night, only uninhabited area. Here you will find lots of nature but that speaks for itself. The highest place that we will pass today is ca.440 meters.
The many church towers that you see on your journey are often so similar that you may therefore have no sense of direction. Once you go down and drive in Oleszna Podgórska and now you are not far away from your first night. The guest house is a large stately brick farmhouse with a large rest room with cozy Polish bedrooms. After having taken care of the horses and have put them in the stables it is time to rest and take for yourself.

Day 4:
We go to the church of Oleszna Podgórska and up again.
You will have noticed that almost every village (though it is such a small community) has a church, school and footballfield. Even churches are not as crowded as years ago, by this fact it makes that the pastor must visit three churches to do his work.
The trip goes up and after 1 hour you’ll see some beautiful views again. Right you see the beautiful church of Lubomierz where every year a festival is held.
The reason is that many movies are shot on the beautiful old market square of this stately town. Left you see the three hills of Marczów and the church tower of Plawna Górna. You are then on the height of approximately 450 meters. From here you can also clearly observe the Giant  Mountains  when the weather permits.
The tour continues towards Radomice where you will spend the night and the ladies will prepare your meal.
The Polish people like their cakes and pastries and from experience we can definitely recommend you to taste these if they will present it to you.

Day 5:
You leave Radomice and immediately you approach a beautiful piece of landscape with beautiful views, you are then on 450 meters height.
These views are called respectively Góra Kaczmarka & Dziewicza.
We follow the road down and pass the ruins of Zamkowa Góra and some nice buildings. We arrive at a small stream and we follow the Bobr, the main river in this region.
Arrived at the Bobr you see on the right side a dam made in 1904 to 1909 by the ancient inhabitants of this region, the Germans. This region was German territory untill 1947, but the Germans have to give this area back to Poland in connection with the war debt. This region was very rich so it always hurt Germany that they had to give this piece back. After we passed the village Plaskowice we go to the left and pass through a swampy area with many kinds of beautiful butterflies and dragonflies with beautiul names but ofcourse it has to be good weather then.

At the highest point 482 meters you have an incredibly beautiful view in all directions. This point is called Wletrznik, then we go over the fields to 445 meters and into the forest.
Out of the forest you can see the ruins of a restored castle Wleń. The owner of the castle comes from Belgium who bought it  in 2000 and the restoration of this is a life’s work but that you can imagine! The castle’s garden is always very nice and also his vegetable garden and orchards.
If time allows, or at lunch time, we are here to stop for a snack or just look around.
We go down and reach the village Łupki. Immediately after the crossing we go into the forest and climb up.
When the forest ends you are almost back to Jaskólka Estate. We welcome you and we will prepare for you a delicious Polish barbecue. With bad weather we have an indoor alternative.

Day 6:
Today you return home and we assume that you’ve had a great time and nice experience acquired. For those who want to stay a little longer there is ofcourse a possibility to book extra nights. Of course we hope you enjoyed it and tell your horse-friends what a unique piece of Poland you have seen from a horse-back.
