Learn to horseback ride

Always wanted to learn to horseback ride, but for whatever reason never got round to doing it, or has it been a LONG time ago since you’ve ridden? We have the perfect arrangement for you. In one day you will learn the basics of horseback riding and what goes with it. You are taught to handle horses and how to groom and saddle them up. Next, it’s time for your first riding lesson in the outside frame with further instructions (in English, or if possible in Dutch). After you start feeling confidant on the horse, a quiet outside ride through the surroundings will follow that will last for about 2 hours. The day is rounded off with a typical Polish meal at the Jaskolka, where you can chat about the experiences of the day.

The day arrangement consists of the following:

* In the morning you will be welcomed by a staff member of Jaskolka with coffee or tea.
* Agree which horses will be taken, how to groom, maintain and saddle them up.
* A short break with coffee or tea
* The first lesson in the outside frame on our Irish Tinker horses.
* Lunch at Jaskolka
* In the afternoon a supervised outside ride lasting for about 2 hours (if you don’t feel ready for it by that time, you can instead take a two-hour lesson)
* Unsaddle the horses, put all the things back, and take the horses back to the paddock or stable.
* In the evening a typical Polish meal at the Pension Jaskolka.

* The use of the saddle and related
* An Irish Tinker Horse to ride on
* Coffee /tea during the day  
* Lunch and dinner in Pension Jaskolka

Not included in this arrangement:
* Alcoholic drinks during lunch and dinner
