Outside ride for the advanced including a picnic

Day arrangement

This arrangement is intended for people who have, during their stay on Jaskolka, got the desire to once explore the surroundings on a horse. Jaskolka is situated in a nature reserve characterized by the presence of many kinds of birds among which the swallow and the stork, deer, wild pigs and various kinds of plants and is extremely appropriate for long rides through the pretty, spacious nature. This ride is only suitable for people who already have some riding experience and last approximately 5 hours.  A picnic lunch takes place during the ride.

For people who can’t ride, but find it nice to explore the surroundings on a horse and carriage or for the enthusiasts of such rides, Jaskolka organizes rides through the village of Marczow and the surroundings. Marczow is situated in a nature area of the embranchments of the Giant Mountains. A very special way to experience how beautiful this area is.

Learn to horseback ride

Always wanted to learn to horseback ride, but for whatever reason never got round to doing it, or has it been a LONG time ago since you’ve ridden? We have the perfect arrangement for you. In one day you will learn the basics of horseback riding and what goes with it. You are taught to handle horses and how to groom and saddle them up. Next, it’s time for your first riding lesson in the outside frame with further instructions (in English, or if possible in Dutch).

Weekend arrangement

This arrangement is extremely suitable for those who are curious about the breed and would like to gain further knowledge through practise. Irish Tinker horses are known for their quiet character and their eagerness to work. N nevertheless, it is advisable to inform yourself well about this horse. During this arrangement, you participate in the attending to the horses at the Jaskolka whereby you learn a lot about the contact, feeding, stabling, social behaviour and maintenance.
